Exchanges and Refunds
At Kai The Label we want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. We do not accept full refunds for change of mind, however we do accept exchanges in sizing within 7 days of receiving purchase (pending the size you want is available otherwise waiting times apply). Items must not be marked, must have original tags & remain unwashed. Postage must be covered by the customer.
Please note, any items purchased during a sale period or with a discount code are deemed as final sales & are not eligible to be exchanged.

Sizing
We use the standard Australian sizing for babies and toddlers. We suggest to take your usual size.

Care
Our clothing are a mix of 95% cotton or linen and the remaining being polyester or nylon unless stated otherwise. Cool machine wash is recommended. Any knitted items are recommended to be hand washed or placed in a gentle cycle.
Why do the baskets come flat?
Baskets are shipped flat to minimise shipping costs from Ghana, we reshape them before sending them to you however if they do arrive a little out of shape you can follow the instructions below.
Lightly wet the spot that is out of shape, reshape and allow to air dry.
